Bria's personal training is a customized exercise program designed to meet a client's specific goals for health and strength improvements while working within his/her fitness level. Our personal training programs focus on cardio-conditioning, muscle conditioning, flexibility, and/or nutritional coaching, with workouts offered both inside and outside of our studio complex. Massage therapy augments the personal training experience and is part of an overall health and wellness plan.
